What is your turnaround time?

I will make every effort to get your alterations done in a timely manner. My normal time is 7-10 business days, though can be longer based on my work schedule. Just call and ask!

What do I do to prepare for alterations?

Bring in the shoes you plan to wear with your garment. Changes in heel height can impact the hem level.
Bring the underwear/support garments you plan to wear.
Preshrink brand new items subject to shrinkage—jeans, khaki pants, etc.—by laundering or dry cleaning before you bring them in for hemming or other alterations.
Please clean your garments prior to bringing them in for alterations.
