I made this quilt for the 2015 Riley Blake Fabric Challenge of the Modern Quilt Guild. We were given six fat eighths of their Cottage Garden Line. I used a wonky nine-patch pattern and supplemented the fat eighths with yellow and white fabric. For the back I used a grey quilter's linen (only looks like linen) and used the leftovers from the front to make the fabric stack.
This one-of-a-kind machine pieced quilt is layered with 80/20 cotton batting and quilted using a very dense ultra-wavy design. A traditional double-fold coordinating bias binding around the edges ensures this quilt will stand the test of time
Care includes machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle and either tumble dry on low or line dry.
