Love Every Day

I was inspired by the comic book style speech bubbles when I put “LOVE Every Day” in the middle of this quilt. It draws the eye with a pop of color and radiates out beyond the edges of the quilt.

The black-and-white squares were made in the log cabin style. They surround the bubble and offer a great contrast to the bright colors in the middle.

My intention was to be joyful and to make sure the message was clear.  Loving is a choice one makes every day. The heart is meant to reinforce this message.

This wall hanging is made from 100% premium quilting cotton.  Hobbs 80/20 batting is sandwiched between the layers. A traditional double-fold coordinating bias binding that is hand sewn around the edges and includes a sleeve so it is ready for hanging.
